Sunday Suppers

I live with two very talented cooks. That being said we are starting a new tradition to cook a monthly grand brunch...dressed in Sunday's Best.
Tomorrows menu includes: 
Buckwheat Crepes stuffed with leek
Topped with Roasted Cauliflower, Poached Egg, and Mornay Sauce.
