Today is just one of those perfect days...the sun is out, and there are Ricotta stuffed squash blossoms with grilled zucchini, garlic scapes & hazelnut puree on the menu.

29th Year of Josh at Green Peter
Memorial Day weekend also coincided with Joshua's 29th year of being alive. We celebrated by fishing & camping on & around the beautiful Green Peter Lake. And ate our catchings. One of the most relaxing trips we have had together.
